Services
NAPIS ® Standard Service Support comes bundled with each software license sale. It includes user support, as well as minor software revisions and document revisions released during the support term. User support covers questions about NAPIS® features, functions, work-flows and installation. The Standard Service Support does not include generic Paradox® or ORACLE® support, data migration, custom software
modifications, database system administration, network administration or operating system administration. Service request classifications and software revision releases are at the sole discretion of WPS.
NAPIS ® customization services include, but are not limited to:
| GUI Modification |
The graphical user interface (GUI) can be modified to meet special requirements. NAPIS® is a compiled executable and changes to the program are made by WPS. Changes are tested and validated to support the production environment common in the pharmaceutical industry. Typical modifications include changes to the NAPIS forms design to match changes in the system physical design, for example, adding a field to
a table and exposing it for edit on a specific form.

| Physical Design Modification |
The physical design can be modified where additional searchable database fields are required, including changes to the table definitions or the addition of tables. Integration with third party software, such as ISISTM or Accord can also be handled.

| Custom Reports |
Using third-party Crystal Reports®, WPS can provide tailored files that meet special reporting needs outside the standard reporting tools delivered with the system. NAPIS® contains powerful user-customizable query and reporting tools.

| Legacy Data Migration |
Migrating legacy data into NAPIS® standardizes information management and exposes the historical data for data mining through the NAPIS® query tools.

| GIS Mapping Services |
Mapping services support GIS data acquisition, manipulation and geoprocessing in a vector or raster environment. Predictive modeling services use GIS grid analysis for careful determination of species occurrence
and statistical assessment of biodiversity resources. Our GIS services are designed using methods that are consistent with sustainable harvest and conservation initiatives. Member, ESRI International Conservation Mentor Program.

Standard satellite remote sensing images processed for assessment of vegetation or marine resource land-cover types.
